Up to Friday, we understood that following warnings from that certifying body, Finance Committee Chairman, Javier Keme, had refused to sign checks. But he did, and today three branches – Guinea Grass, Patchakan and San Estevan have already received their checks. This means that as early as the end of this week, at least fifteen employees of the B.S.C.F.A. will be let go. As to how the Association will operate after that…it’s anybody’s guess.</strong></p>
