With that acerbic statement, it was on to the reading of the Budget, and there is where it would have ended today. But the man to whom many of the allegations in the leaked recording are pointing decided to have his say. We know ih sick ina ih head, but to the extent that he might be ill, nobody will treat that lightly, nobody will take that as any laughing matter. So what I will tell you now Mister Speaker is merely sort of metaphorical. In terms of politics and this refusal of his to go. Let me say what is on that tape weh di news media can’t play because of fair of libel. On that tape, you are accused of personally having stole tens of millions and it is said that you should be in jail and if it were any other country, you should be in jail. Dah noh me say so. Dah the man sitting beside you, the confessor on the tape. Dah noh me say so.”
