Triminio was shot and killed in his shop, Munchies Snack Shop on Progress Street in the early hours of Tuesday morning, but his body was found several hours later. “I heard some gunshots but I didn’t figure it was gunshots because there was light. I figured it was something and I get up and look at the clock it was two a.m and I went back to bed. I didn’t figure anything so when I got up this morning I asked my daughter if she heard anything last night. She said yes she heard some gun shots. It’s not unusual that he would go out and come back but he doesn’t stay long. So I asked the neighbor did you see him and he said no. I was a bit astonished so I just figured that maybe he went somewhere. When I look out yah I saw the police come with the basket to take and I asked what was going on? What was going on? I was so frightened because I didn’t hear anything from anyone before I saw the police. How the police know and they came out here you know. So that’s what I was alarmed about.”
