The information bulletin from BSI/ASR in regards to the factory’s performance was release today and according to the latest statistics, in its second week, the factory ground fifty one thousand tons of cane producing five thousand six hundred and seventy five ton of sugar. Extracted from the amount of sugar cane was close to two thousand tons of mud. The factory ground a little over seven thousand tons every day. The tons cane per ton sugar, TC/TS stands at 9.0- considered as good cane quality. The factory’s efficiency was recorded at 97%. Truck drivers are reminded to loosen truck straps only when they are about to off load sugar cane on the ramp because spilled over cane cannot be milled.
